Wave Health was founded in 2018 by brothers Alex and Riley Weiner with a shared vision of creating a different kind of healthcare staffing company. They believed there was a better way—one built on transparency, integrity, and lasting relationships.
From day one, their mission has been simple: deliver exceptional value to healthcare organizations while treating clinicians with the honesty, respect, and professionalism they deserve.
Today, those founding principles continue to guide every decision, ensuring every partnership is built on trust, communication, and personalized service.
At Wave Health, our mission goes beyond staffing.
We believe the right clinician in the right place can make a meaningful difference in patient care. By building strong partnerships with healthcare organizations and clinicians, we help support continuity of care and better outcomes for the patients they serve.
Experienced in healthcare staffing. United by a people-first approach.
